Dimapur, Oct. 4 (EMN): Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) has announced the state players for the under-19 girls cricket team for the forthcoming T20 tournament of the BCCI to be held in Himachal Pradesh from October 14 to 23rd. The team will be led by Elina Muru.
A statement from the NCA informed that the team members are Elina Muru (Captain), Sariba Khan, Alemienla, Reety Biswas, Talirenla Pongen, Priyanka Karmakar, Sapna, Ritu Karmakar, Muskan Singh, Vaishnavi Singh, Merensola, Sara Jamir, Ledanfi Kips and Sentilemla Imsong.
Guest players are Diksha Tarkar and Antima Teotia (wicket keeper), while the support staff are Keya Ray - coach (Kolkata), Purnendu Sekhar Jena - trainer (Orissa), Wangshila Jamir - Physio (Nagaland) and Ato Chang – manager.
The team will leave for Kolkata on October 5 to play two practice matches and then proceed to Dharamsala on October 8 for a pre-tournament preparatory camp.
