Star Brothers FC ‘B’ clinch open penalty shoot-out

DIMAPUR — The 10th open penalty shoot-out 2024, organised by the Saramati Nexus Club, Pungro, was held on August 15 at local ground, Pungro, Kiphire district.

Advisor for Home Guards and Civil Defence, Relief and Rehabilitation, Fire and Emergency Services, Kiusumew Yimchunger kicked off the tournament, the club informed in an update.

Out of the 30 teams that participated, Star Brothers FC ‘B’ emerged as champions and GHSS Pungro were the runners-up.

The champions walked away with INR 15,000 and the runners-up INR 7,500. Denrikha Francis of Star Brothers FC ‘B’ was awarded the Golden Glove, the update informed.
