PSAN is an open platform for the future civil servants who are going to be the builders of NAGALAND. PSAN has done a tremendous job by earthing out the dirt in the system of selection in the recent NPSC exam. NPSC being a highly respectable institution, I am sure it was not easy to dig out the dirt and it was never the intention of PSAN to do that. PSAN’s aim was to bring a transparent system in the examination process and also to check the corruption of backdoor appointments in services which falls under the preview of NPSC. In the process, undeniable situation occurs which leads the PSAN to check it’s own highly dependable institute i.e. NPSC. Here I would like to highlight that PSAN was not formed for some selfish motive and also not by unsuccessful candidates as stated in the newspaper article. In fact I salute the people who are leading this team. We all i.e. NPSC aspirants say that we want to be a part in the process of changing the State. Let’s be constructive in our criticism. I am sure all of us might not agree to all the demands and agendas of PSAN and it’s a good thing that we have different opinions in this. But as NPSC aspirants let’s discuss our differences and our opinions in our platform first and debate about it in place of highlighting it in the media. As NPSC aspirants we all are part of a family and all of us want to have a fair level playing field. As intellects let’s be constructive in our criticism. I am sure with more debate and discussion we can push for a refined system in the selection process. We are witnessing a new awakening in Nagaland in the recent past and I can see that despite the negativity around us we all hope for a brighter and better future. Let’s be part of this awaken generation.
