Stakeholder orientation on nutrition to be held in Peren

DIMAPUR — The District Mission Management Unit (Peren), State Rural
Livelihood Mission, Department of Rural Development, is organising a one-day
stakeholder orientation programme for the village and block levels on April 10
at 11 am at the Community Management and Training Centre (CMTC), Bangdi
Junction, Jalukie town.
- According to a DIPR report, the training will educate on the
1,000 days' nutrition for the effective implementation of roles and
responsibilities for the benefit of the target community.
- In this orientation programme, all the village key
functionaries, viz., village councils, village development boards, and line
departments, including faith-based organisations, community-based
organisations, and civil society organisations, viz., churches, women’s
organisations, youth and students’ organisations, and frontline workers, are
invited to attend the orientation programme.
- In this regard, Ruuvilie Kotsu, ADPM DMMU, Peren, informed
all the concerned authorities to depute the district in-charge or relevant
officer to participate in the orientation programme.
