Dimapur, August 23 (EMN): Cultural troupe of St. Xavier College, Jalukie, had participated in the Indian national exhibition cum fare in Kolkata organised by Bengal Human Resource Development Foundation, Kolkata, assisted by Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi, Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
“It was first of such presentations by the students on a mega stage. The students did well to represent the tribal value on the given platform,” said Dr. Fr. Francis Cheerangal, College Principal.
The performance gave new insight to the audience into the depth and width of Zeliang culture and traditions.
