Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on this glorious day of the celebration of Naga Republic day.
On this auspicious day, the Naga Nation pays our utmost solemn regards and salute to martyrs and patriots for their ultimate sacrifice in defense of our Nation.
Also not forgetting the countless people in Indian and Myanmar's towns and cities that went through harassments and some resulting even to the extent of being murdered just for being born as a Naga.
By now almost every Naga is well aware of our political and historical rights and therefore, the time has come for us to focus on the current state of affairs and unitedly work out how to move ahead towards our political aspirations rather than dwelling only on rhetorical statements of history.
Our pioneering forefathers, who were divinely inspired, had the fortitude and the commitment to unitedly lay the unshakeable foundations of our Naga Nation, and now it is up to us the present to unitedly pursue towards attainment of our political aspirations of a Sovereign Naga Nation for Christ.
Our forefathers were aware of the then geopolitical happenings around them and took bold and decisive steps to build our legacy; therefore, it is high time for us to come out of the mentality of "a frog in a well" and collectively contribute towards our Nation.
The blood of our glorious forefathers still flow in us; so, we need to find the inner strength like our forefathers to build upon the political foundation for the coming generations. Remember, we are mortals but the legacy we leave behind will stand against the test of time; Thus, I earnestly appeal to all Nagas to unitedly give our best to our Naga Nation; lest we be judged with contempt by history and future generations.
NSCN/GPRN is ever committed and will continue to uphold and defend our Naga Nation for Christ.
