Dimapur, Aug. 19 (EMN): St. Joseph Catholic School Songlhuh in collaboration with the Ahthhibung post of Assam Rifles conducted a workshop for the students aimed at nurturing patriotic roots at an early age in their lives.
The youth and student’s union of Songlhuh, informed that 115 students along with their teachers and security personnel gave the Rashtriya salute to the tri-colour during the programme.
A representative of the Ahthibung post delivered a lecture to the school kids and urged them to study hard, take part in sports and build our nation strong, the release stated. The AR also donated a portable water-filter and an electric kettle for the staff of the school.
