Dimapur, Dec. 15 (EMN): Three-day soft skill training got underway at Government Higher Secondary School, Wokha, on December 15. The three-day training would be focused on soft skill to builders and other construction workers as to how they should create interpersonal relations, personality development, and how to build relationship with other employees/ workers.
A DIPR report stated that ADC, Wokha, Mhathung Tsanglao, in his address, has thanked the department of labour for organising such kind of training programmes and giving platform to the people of Wokha. He was optimistic that the three days training programme would benefit the participants to a great extend. He further urged all the participants to learn with outmost sincerity and dedication so that the efforts given by the department does not go in vain.
Labour commissioner, Er. L Nungshi Yanger Aier, while presenting brief activities report undertaken by the department, said even though the department of labour is small, they have been assisting in giving children scholarship, maternity benefit, medical assistance and even insurance. He urged all to avail the opportunity.
The commissioner also hoped that through the initiative, trainees would definitely observe change in their personality and behaviour. The programme is being jointly organised by Nagaland building and other construction workers, Welfare board, Department of labour in collaboration with career Bridge human capitals solutions, Gurgaon, Haryana.
