Kohima, May 2 (EMN): Sky Kohima on Wednesday announced that it will be participating in the forthcoming 5th open penalty shoot-out tournament 2019 to be held in Kohima on May 4. It will be the team’s debut since its formation on May 1.
Sky Kohima with its motto “Sacrifice comes before success,” consist of 11 members from different professions like entrepreneurs, contractors, veteran football players, social workers, musician and journalist.
The members include: Kelhouneizo Yhome, Roko Angami, Khrielevi Chiisi, Neikho Shosahie, Kevilebei Zashiimo, Kelhokhrietuo Suohu, George Vizo, Metevizo Sophie, Kevinourhe Kire, Dziesekhrienuo Keretsii and Chizokho Vero.
Sky Kohima team manager Khrielevi Chiisi said that this body will not only strive for promotion of sports but also involve in the various social activities and reach out to the poor and needy in the days to come.
Coach Roko Angami said that Sky Kohima will encourage talented youth to excel in the field of sports as well as entrepreneurship.
Kelhouneizo Yhome said that Sky Kohima will focus on self sustenance, quality education and skill development, while Neikho Shosahie expressed hope that the members will stay united and collectively work for the betterment of the society.
