SJS holds annual spelling c’ship

Dimapur, Sep. 16 (EMN): The annual johnian spelling championship of St. John’s School Kohima was held on Sep. 1, under the theme “Quest for Excellence” with Headmistress Khriezolenuo Sekhose, as guest of honour. Tiasola Tzudir of class VIII, daughter of Zulu K. Tzudir and Amongla T. Longchar were declared the ‘Johnian Spelling Master 2017’ and won the most covetous Reiphinyü Sekhose ever rolling memorial trophy. The award also carries a citation certificate of Johnian Spelling Master and scholarship for the year 2018. This intellectual pursuit was held under the aegis of English Department and was witnessed by parents, invitees, students and teachers.
