Dimapur, March 8 (EMN): Two persons from Nagaland have recently completed the ISSF D-course for coaches in Rifle category.
Merang Jamir and Hito Swu were among 30 coaches selected to undergo the course at ISSF Academy India, Manav Rachna International Institute for Research and Studies, Faridabad from March 4 to 6th.
A press release from Merang Jamir on Thursday stated that he and Swu were among those to complete the course. The instructor for said course was Lim Chea Rong from Singapore and Marko Sokic from Serbia for pistol.
The successful coaches were given certificates by DN Seetharama Rao, the secretary general of National Rifle Association of India and joint secretary of the Indian Olympic Association.
