
Dimapur, Mar. 1 (EMN): Shalom Public School, Chümoukedima, organised its 3rd annual Science exhibition on February 29 wherein students have showcased static and working models which could be used for learning various scientific concepts for children.
The objective was not only to inculcate a scientific attitude and research-mindedness but also creating teaching aids, an update from the school stated on Saturday.
Altogether, 143 different models were put up on display. Parents, staff and students from Grade I-VIII took part in the exhibition.
Vimetuo of Grade IV and Temsukala of Grade V were awarded for the best models. The event was inaugurated by Merenla Longchar, director Shalom Public School.
