DIMAPUR — The government of Nagaland has appointed Sentiyanger Imchen as the new chief secretary. He will take charge from August 1 following the superannuation of the incumbent Chief Secretary, Dr. J Alam, on July 31.
A notification issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel 'A' Branch) on Wednesday stated that Imchen, a 1991 batch IAS officer of the Nagaland cadre, is currently serving as additional chief secretary and finance commissioner.
