The Beauty Aesthetics Society of Nagaland (BASN) has announced the semi-finalists for the Miss Nagaland 2018 crown.
A press release from the BASN on Tuesday stated that eleven semi-finalists from different districts of Nagaland were selected to compete for the crown.
The resource persons for the grooming sessions were Wecheteu Khape of Unlimited Learning Academy; Dr. Itolu Tunyi and Dr. Vetsolu Hiese; Chow Poran of Trig Empower Institute Guwahati; Fbb Femina Miss India Nagaland Ruopfuzhano Whiso; and reigning Miss Nagaland 2017 Marina Kiho.
The organisers stated that Chow Poran would be the official choreographer for the event, which will be held on Dec. 9 as part of the Hornbill Festival. The venue of the event will be the Regional Centre of Excellence for Music & Performing Arts, at Jotsoma, near Kohima town.
The press release stated that Moalemla, no surname given, will be hosting the event. There will be musical performances from various Naga musicians too, the updates informed.
The official make-up artist for the event is Johnny D’Ascoli and the official designer is Lia Jamir. The special judge for the pageant is Koyal Rana, Femina Miss India World 2014.
The governor of Nagaland PB Acharya will be attending the event as the guest of honour, the press release stated.
