Dimapur, May 11 (EMN): Christian Higher Secondary School (CHSS), Dimapur felicitated its HSLC and HSSLC 2017 toppers on May 11 at the Covenant Hall in the presence of their family members.
Principal of CHSS, S. Moatemsu Walling, conveyed the congratulatory message from the general secretary of NBCC and the School Managing Board to the successful candidates. He encouraged the toppers to continue doing their excellent work. He also expressed that the impression left behind by them would be remembered and never to forget their humble backgrounds. Further, he thanked the parents and teachers for working together and for their efforts and contributions.The toppers and the parents also expressed their gratefulness and encouraged the juniors to strive for greater glory.
The programme was chaired by Vice-Principal of CHSS, Patricia Zhimomi while chaplain of CHSS, Vezachilü Sakhrie invoked God’s blessing.

A brief programme was graced by Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-II Dimapur, Dr. Ilayas as chief guest.
Dr. Ilayas congratulated the students for their excellent performance in the examinations and also lauded the teachers and school management for their success.
Holy Cross Alumni (Crossians) also felicitated the toppers.
