Dimapur, Aug. 1 (EMN): The State Leadership Academy, SCERT Nagaland, has developed a module and diary on continuous professional development for school heads and is conducting a pilot project for 24 government and private school heads in Kohima District.
A DIPR report stated that the School Leadership Academy conducted an 18-day school leadership development programme through blended mode i.e. five days of face-to-face training from July 26 to the 30th at SCERT, Nagaland.
The programme also includes 13 days of project work from August 1 to the 13th the respective schools.
The face-to-face programme was successfully conducted for 23 school heads from government and private schools in Kohima District. The resource persons were Dr. Zavise Rume (Professor), Benjungdenla Yaden (Reader), Thebi Joseph Shupao, (Research Associate), and Izeule Ramlia, (Research Associate) from SCERT, Kohima, it added.
