SBI inaugurates HNI/forex counter

Temjen Toy said that he was impressed by all the layout and facilities provided by SBI to its customers. He also emphasised and encouraged the bank officials and workers to continue imparting quality service by developing and re-dedicating their vocational and interaction skills with their customers. Sunil Kumar Tandon, in his speech, said HNI/ forex counter in Kohima was first of its kind in the state. He mentioned that it was specifically designed for affluent customers with every facility for the customers under one roof such as deposit loan, SBI life insurance, SBI mutual funds, SBI credit card, SBI health insurance, SBI general insurance opening account online with 24 hours internet facilities He said the counter also holds facilities such as foreign travel card with multi-currency options, foreign currency sale and purchase, and foreign trade transaction with mercury. It was also learnt from a bank official that personalised staff will attend to all the banking needs of customer under forex counter in a single counter with inward and outward remittance, foreign letter of credit and bank guarantee.
