Sanik school cadets from Maharasthra visit SSP

DIMAPUR — A total of 47 cadets including 37 boys and 10 girls from Sainik School Satara (SSS) in Maharashtra, who are on educational and motivational tour, visited Sainik School Punglwa (SSP) in Nagaland on Sunday.

An update from SSP stated that the students witnessed the training and administrative facilities at the school and interacted with the principal, staff and cadets of the school. Besides, the cadets engaged in a friendly tug-of-war competition.

It stated that the visit to an Assam Rifles batallion in Ghaspani gave an insight of a battalion routine. Cadets also got an opportunity to learn about culture and tradition of Nagaland.

It further stated that mementos and souvenirs were also exchanged between the cadets.
