
DIMAPUR — A Bengaluru-based Sakra World Hospital, a renowned first healthcare facility with 100% Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), on Saturday held a launched programme of its office at Zone Niathu by The Park in Chümoukedima.
Speaking at the launch programme, the chief operating officer of Sakra World Hospital, Lovekesh Phasu, informed that the hospital in Bengaluru is a combination of Indian clinical talent and Japanese quality. He added that they believe is quality, affordability and transparency in the treatment.
Mentioning that Nagaland needs great technical talent and good healthcare facility, Phasu felt that the launch of office would be the first step towards achieving a good healthcare infrastructure, talent, clinical excellence.
He further stated that Nagaland has the potential to develop world class nursing services and added that to establish a nursing college in Nagaland is at a conceptual stage.
The director of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Sakra World Hospital, Dr. Lorance Peter, stated that they were committed to customising treatments to meet the individual needs. It further informed that those patients from Nagaland who need surgical interventions would be allowed special packages for further treatment.
