Rural libraries asked to collect books

Dimapur, April 4 (EMN): The directorate of Art & Culture has informed rural libraries listed with the department of Art and Culture that books for 2017-18 may be collected from the directorate from April 15 to May 31 during office hours. The IPR stated in its updates on Thursday that the libraries are to come with “library round seal and designation seal” (president, librarian or general secretary), without which the books will not be issued. On the expiry of the last date, the books will be taken by respective district cultural officers / registering officers to their respective headquarters, the updates added.
