
Royal Oak, an international furniture brand store, was launched in Dimapur on Friday by the former chief minister of Nagaland, Dr. SC Jamir. The proprietor of the store is Naina Jani.
The managing director of RoyalOak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd., Mathan Subramanian, informed that there are about 150 RoyalOak stores across India. He updated that the store has international furniture collection including Italian, American, Vietnam, Indian, Malaysian, and Turkish.
The store has collections of bedroom, home décor, dinning, outdoor and many other collections.
Speaking at the launch event, Dr. SC Jamir shared that Dimapur is a mini India where people from different parts of the country are working along with all the different tribes from Nagaland.
He opined that in about 20 years of time, Dimapur would become the gateway to the South East Asian countries when the Act East Policy is fully matured. He added that Dimapur would be the hub of commercial activity not only in North East but of the country.
In this regard, he called upon the people to create an environment and enable the commercial town to be one of the best in the whole country.
