Diphu, Dec. 28 (EMN): The Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) is inaugurating various projects starting from Mahamaya constituency on Dec. 27, Tue.
The council’s Chief Executive Member Tuliram Ronghang dedicated a foundation stone for the construction of a RCC classroom at Thongnokbe College in Dokmuka. The project is estimated at INR 30 lac from the Annual Action plan of 2017-18.
Ronghang inaugurated also the construction of a ‘cultural hall’ at Rangsina Aklam, which was from the Chief Minister’s Special Package; it is with an estimated amount of Rs.16 lac. Likewise, he inaugurated a conference room at Dokmuka PWD division; the project was with an estimated amount of Rs. 18 lac. Other projects, among many others, that were inaugurated included the Parokhowa Panjori Virvar Matikhola PWD Road SPT Bridge with an estimated amount of INR 16 lac; construction of a road, the Dengaon Virvar road to Mugasong via Ajit Teron village, from the Annual Action plan 2017-18 with an estimated amount of INR 38 lac.
