Dimapur, Sep. 27: A thief was apprehended by the public near sub-jail junction in Dimapur while attempting to snatch a bag from a woman on Wed. Sep. 26, the Dimapur police PRO said.
The accused identified as Govinda Singh, age 30 year-old was handed over to the Women Police cell and a case has been registered in this connection, informed the PRO.
