RJHSS lifts U-19 cricket championship

Dimapur, April 9 (EMN): Ram Janaki Higher Secondary School (RJHSS) has won the Dimapur District Under-19 Cricket Trophy by defeating Hokaito Zhimomi Cricket Coaching Centre (HZCCC) by 29 runs to lift the Trophy. The tournament was organised by the Dimapur District Cricket Association (DDCA) held at Nagaland Cricket Stadium, Sovima, which concluded on April 9. RJHSS defeated Hokaito Zhimomi Cricket Coaching Centre (HZCCC) by 29 runs to lift the Trophy. Winning the toss and elected to bat, RJHSS secured 162 runs in 25 overs. Atish from RJHSS scored 82 runs, while Rahul and Ali contributed 14 and 19 runs respectively. Renben and Avishek tool two wickets each. HZCCC secured 133 runs all out in 24.1 overs. HZCCC Sonu contributed 36, while Sanjeev Das made 27 and Sanjib made 12 runs. Peasant took three wickets and Rahul took two wickets.
