DIMAPUR — As the 26th edition of Hornbill Festival drew to a close on Wednesday, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio expressed gratitude to partner countries, the partner state and sponsors for their contributions in making the festival a grand success.
In a post on X, Rio thanked the visitors, guests and participants who added vibrancy to the ten-day celebration at Kisama.
