Dimapur, Feb. 16 (EMN): Following his election to the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly from 11th Northern Angami-II assembly constituency, Neiphiu Rio has resigned as Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha. He has submitted to the speaker of Lok Sabha Sumitra Mahajan his resignation on Feb. 16, a press release informed.
