Dimapur, March 22 (EMN): The chief minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio on Thursday announced the appointment of 20 advisors to various departments of the state government. Out of the twenty advisors, 9 are first-time legislators. Reliable sources informed that Zhaleo Rio will be appointed deputy speaker.
