DIMAPUR — Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Thursday extended his greetings to the Khiamniungan community on the occasion of Biam.
In a message shared on social media, Rio conveyed his warm greetings to the Khiamniungan community and expressed hope that the harvest festival would bring abundant blessings to every home.
