Union Minister of State for Home Kiran Rijiju will visit Nagaland on December 18 to inaugurate the 14th Indian Reserved Battalion (IRB) headquarters at Kiphire district.
Kuolie Mere PRO (IPR), Nagaland House, New Delhi in a press note said that State Minister Home Y. Patton has invited Rijiju in a meeting at North Block, New Delhi today to inaugurate the 14th Indian Reserved Battalion (IRB) headquarter at Kiphire district. Rijiju accepted the invitation. As per the programme, the Home Minister will fly to Kiphire from Dimapur by MHA Chopper for the inauguration. Patton also discussed about the pending project and requested the minister for early sanction for which the assurance was given by the union minister for early clearance on priority basis. The minister was accompanied by Jyoti Kalash, Resident Commissioner, Nagaland House, New Delhi.
