
Dimapur, Nov. 10 (EMN): Officer and staff of the Governor’s Secretariat bade farewell to the retiring additional secretary, Tali Moa Changkiri, during a programme held at the Ura Bhavan conference hall of Raj Bhavan November 9.
Speaking on the occasion, the commissioner and secretary to Governor, T Mhabemo Yanthan, has described the retiring additional secretary as an officer who is professional in his approach to work and a man of immense humility and sincerity, who could face any kind of challenges with calm and humility.
Yanthan credited him for creating a good and conducive working environment at the Raj Bhavan. He also reminded the officers and staff to follow his examples and learn the rich knowledge and the legacy he has left behind.
In his farewell speech, Tali Moa Changkiri attributed his success to God’s grace and for the service he could render to the people. He also thanked all the rank and files of Raj Bhavan, who have always supported him in all the decisions and orders.
Stating that there still remain a lot to be done, he requested the staff to be strong and continue their good work with strong determination and co-operation among themselves.
He acknowledged and expressed his gratitude to the officers and staff for their constant support and cooperation throughout his service.
The programme was chaired by PPS to Governor and chairman of staff welfare society, Sureshkumar RP, while the vote of thanks was proposed by SA, Kikasangla.
