Pughoboto SDPDB approves LADF

Dimapur, Aug. 15 (EMN): The Pughoboto Sub-Division Planning and Development Board (SDPDB), during its meeting on Friday, approved the Local Area Development Fund (LADF) 2020-2021.

The meeting held under the chairmanship of MLA Y Vikheho at the DB court hall in the ADC Pughoboto office also decided to write to the state government for posting of SDO in the sub-division, informed an update from DIPR.

Reviewing the last meeting minutes, the Swu asked the citizens to co-operate with each other and support the administration and Medical department to contain the spread of Covid-19. He also asked the administration to visit Ghathashi and take stock of the problems.

Briefing on contact tracing, SMO Dr. J Hokuqha Sema requested the people not to discriminate Covid patients and spread rumours. He also thanked the MLA for his contribution towards the purchase of TrueNat machine at Community Health Centre.

The house also welcomed the news members — additional deputy commissioner (ADC), executive engineer (R&B), SDEO, Pughoboto PATC. Thunghchanbemo Tungoe, who recently took charge as ADC Pughoboto, appealed to the officers to join hands and work together.
