Dimapur, August 25 (EMN): Secretary of Urban Development Department and Director of SIPMIU, Motsuthung Lotha today commissioned two pay and use and three community toilets at IDSMT complex near New Secretariat, Kohima.
Speaking on the occasion, Motsuthung Lotha elaborated on the project concept and appealed both the KMC and the public to maintain properly for the welfare of the public.
Er. Limanaro, Additional Programme Director of SIPMIU, presented the technical report, while the acceptance speech was delivered by Kethosituo Sekhose, Administrator of KMC.
The five toilet blocks were constructed at the cost of Rs 92,05,414 located at IDSMT and Kezieke (pay and use ) and community toilets one at North Police Station and two at upper AG Colony.
Rev. Rajesh, pastor of Breath of Life Nagamese Church, Kohima, said the dedicatory prayer. The meeting was chaired by Virul Kikhi, Administrative Officer of SIPMIU.
The programme was attended by Khupi Natso, Engineer-in-Chief PWD; EE Power, contractors, SIPMIU and KMC officials, public and some community toilets beneficiaries.
