Dimapur, Dec. 20: Phek Town Youth Society (PTYS) and Phek Chamber of Commercial and Industries (PCCI) in a joint statement condemned the failure and fraudulent of State Food and Civil Supplies (F&CS) department under Public Distribution System (PDS), where PDS items meant for poor people were misused, with no assured means of subsistence or societal supports and the few genuine beneficiaries do not even receive their share of food grain in the State.
