WOKHA — Prime
Super Mart, a franchise of Buy Buy Cart, was inaugurated in Wokha town on
Saturday by Habenthung P Ezung, member of Wokah Town Council (WTC) and
in-charge of trade permit, as the special guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Ezung said that opening of Prime
Super Mart is a gift to Wokha town and its citizens to experience a shopping
experience with high standard quality like Delhi or Mumbai.
Having learned that the mart would also provide free home
delivery service within five kilometer radius on order of products amounting to
minimum INR 500, he has appreciated the proprietor for introducing one of the
first experiences for the people of Wokha.
He said that with the launch of such facilities, it has
opened a window of opportunity and experience, providing a job opportunity
involving locals into the business. He urged the educated youth to take up
various business ideas and venture into entrepreneurship.
While inviting the youth and local entrepreneurs in the district,
he informed that WTC would provide assistance through fee concession as a gift
in registering their trade permits.
He further conveyed Christmas greetings on behalf of WTC and
wished the proprietors to prosper in business and also provide best services to
the customers.
David Jami, one of the proprietors, informed that more than
800 products are available at their store providing an offer ranging from five
percent to fifty percent discount according to the product.
He also informed that it is a joint venture business with a
concept to provide best services with high quality products to the customers of
Wokha town and visitors. He added that the mart is not only to benefit the
owner but also provide door-to-door service through an order online by using
the “Buy Buy Cart” App available at Play Store. He further sought support from
the people with positive feedback in order to help the mart to serve them
better by understanding the customers more.
The mart was dedicated by Rev. Nzio Ezung, senior pastor of
AG Church, Wokha town.
Prime Supper Mart offers an array of products ranging from
kitchenware to groceries, promising high-quality standards and a variety of
choices.
In an interview, David Jami and Daniel Murry, co-proprietors
of Prime Super Mart, expressed their vision of challenging the current market
dynamics, which are dominated by non-locals. They shared that the youth of
Wokha need to be innovative and bring fresh business concepts that are
different from what is readily available.
They aim to create a competitive market by offering the best
products and prices, providing consumers with greater choice.
“We assure to provide the best products and services to the
people of Wokha,” said the proprietors.
The duo further informed that the mart would also provide
shelves for local products, giving an opportunity for locals to sell their
items.
