Dimapur, June 21 (EMN): Power consumers from five feeders in Dimapur have been informed about shutdown of power supply for five-hours each on June 22 and the 23rd.
A press release that was issued on Thursday by the executive engineer of Dimapur electrical division informed that the shutdown shall be from 5:00 am to 10:00 am. The reason that was cited was ‘preventive maintenance work on 66/11 KV, 2 x 10 MVA sub-station, control room, Burma Camp power-house.’
The shutdown will affect consumers fed by ‘Purana Bazaar feeder, Airport feeder, Veterinary feeder, Town feeder and Power house feeders.’ The department has requested consumers to bear with the ‘inconvenience.’
