DIMAPUR — The Women Ministry of the Police Baptist Church, Mon, hosted a couples seminar from May 22 to the 24th on its premises, drawing an attendance of over 150 couples from the community.
Dr. Timothy, President of Community Builders Guwahati, and Dr. Konnya Konyak, Director of Community Builders Guwahati, served as the resource persons.
According to an update, the husband-wife duo, based in Guwahati, shared insights rooted in biblical principles and practical wisdom. The seminar’s theme, "Strengthening the bond", aimed to reinforce the importance of love, faith, and mutual trust within marriage.

Throughout the event, participants engaged in sessions covering various vital topics. The resource persons spoke on "God’s design for marriage: Covenant, not contract", highlighting the lifelong commitment of marriage. They also explored "Communication: The lifeline of marriage", highlighting effective ways to foster understanding and connection.
Other topics included "Faithfulness and trust in a tempted world", "Love, forgiveness, and healing", "Managing finances together", and "Building a Christ-centred home and family".
Each session aimed to equip couples with tools to face challenges and nurture their relationships based on biblical values.
