Dimapur, August 22 (EMN): The case against Neiphiu Rio to restrain him from using name of Naga People’s Front party its symbol and flags, and also opening of any party office a Mon filed Civil Judge (Senior Division ) Mon was withdrawn today by the plaintiff.
A press release from the NPF Press and Information Cell on Tuesday stated that the civil case filed by L.Yonglong against Neiphiu Rio was withdrawn on August 21 and the court dismissed the case based on the withdrawal on August 22. The press release also added that the "constant and endless dismissal, disposal and withdrawal from the Apex Court (S.C)of the country to the district court" indicates the "miserable legal picture of Dr. Shürhozelie and his handpicked small coteries".
"The helpless minority group should read the writings on the wall and retreat gracefully and honourably," it further added.
