Physical verification of pensioners in Phek from October 5

DIMAPUR — The District Treasury Office in Phek has informed all pensioners drawing monthly pensions from the District Treasury, Phek, that physical verification for the year 2026-27 will be conducted from October 5 to the 8th, between 10 am and 3 pm.

According to a DIPR report, the physical verification will be conducted as per the following schedule: life pension (file numbers 01 to 513) and family pension (file numbers 01 to 140) on October 5; life pension (file numbers 514 to 826) and family pension (file numbers 141 to 280) on October 6; life pension (file numbers 827 to 1011) and family pension (file numbers 281 to 399) on October 7; and life pension (file numbers 1012 and above) and family pension (file numbers 400 and above) on October 8.

Pensioners have been informed that verification forms may be collected from the office starting September 21. One recent passport-size photograph and a photocopy of the Aadhaar card will be required for the verification.

The office further notified that monthly pension payments will be stopped as per CTR 368 for any pensioner who fails to attend the physical verification.
