Phom organisations condemn June 20 blast

Dimapur, June 22 (EMN): Phom People’s Council (PPC) and Phom Students’ Conference (PSC) have strongly condemned the blast triggered by unknown miscreants at the residence of PPC’s president in Longleng town on June 20. Condemning the incident, the two organisations stated that such act of terror has no place in a civilised society. It lamented the act of terror perpetrated upon PPC president when the people are striving hard to maintain peace in the district. The two organisations have called upon the law enforcing agencies to immediately arrest the perpetrators and award befitting punishment as per the rule of the law. It further called upon all right thinking citizens to condemn such heinous act.
