Kohima, Sep. 12 (EMN): Debutant team Phoenix Rising continued its form to beat Amur Falcon FC 3-0 of the ongoing Morning Champions Cup at Seikhazou Ground, Kohima on Tuesday morning. Thanks to Asa’s brace, Phoenix secured three points from the match and the team has now 6 points from two matches in Group B. During the match, Daikho opened the scoring for Phoenix in the 7th minute, while Asa with his solo effort scored the second goal in the 40 minute to give the deserving lead. In the second half, Asa completed the treble for Phoenix as he scored in the 54 minute to double his tally. On the other side, Amur Falcon failed to create much chance in the game and slump into a defeat.
