Phevima youth trained on pickle, soap, detergent-making

[caption id="attachment_256657" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Participants of “Skills to Succeed” programme organised by Pro Rural pose for a photogragh.[/caption] Dimapur, June 24 (EMN): As part of “Skills to Succeed” programme, Pro Rural in collaboration with Quest Alliance and Accenture conducted practical training on pickle, soap and detergent-making to the youths of Kacharigaon Phevima on May 31, and also to Self Help Group registered with Assisi Centre for Integrated Development (ACID) on June 17 and 18^th. The project aims at giving training on self-employment to the unemployed youths, according to a statement issued by Project Coordinator- Skills and Entrepreneurship, Kevineituo Tepa. Pro Rural trainers gave practical training to the participants while Quest Alliance focused on self-employment generation. The students, who enrolled in the Skills to Succeed project, were also taught about about soft skills for self-employment, which was presented by Kevineituo Tepa and Zheni Chache (Project Coordinator- Environment and Sanitation).
