Dimapur, July 6 (EMN): The Phek District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) members on Monday during its monthly meeting approved Local Area Development Fund (LADF) for each constituency under Phek district.
According to a DIPR update, the meeting was held at the DPDB hall, under the chairmanship of minister for Planning and Co-ordination, Land Revenue and Parliamentary Affairs, Neiba Kronu, who also is the chairman of Phek DPDB.
The chairperson briefed about LADF of every constituency of and LADF for each constituency was approved by the house.
The house also discussed on the need to spread awareness on Covid-19 to the people, to which administration, medical, police and NGOs were requested to do the needful.
The chairperson thanked frontline workers for giving their best service during the pandemic situation. Legislative members from Phek district also attended the meeting.
