Dimapur, June 22 (EMN): A farewell programme in honour of the outgoing deputy commissioner (DC), Phek, Shanavas C, and extra additional commissioner (EAC), Phek, T Sulanthung, was held June 21 at the deputy commissioner’s conference hall in Phek.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC has thanked people of Phek district for their cooperation. He also appreciated the people in the district for the peaceful conduct of elections during his tenure. He urged upon the people to give their best effort in respective field to achieve the goal and take their services seriously.
While conveying best wishes to the new deputy commissioner in all his endeavours, he has sought the same cooperation and supports from the public to enable him fulfil the aspiration of the people in the district.
Also speaking on the occasion, the outgoing EAC Phek, T Sulanthung has thanked the Dobashis for their cooperation in tackling the law and order issues to the satisfaction of the people of the district. He has urged them to continue with the effort even in the days to come.
