DIMAPUR — Phaam M Khiamniungan on Saturday won the Johnian Spelling Championship 2023 (Reiphinyü Sekhose ever rolling memorial trophy) during the annual Johnian Spelling Championship held at St. John's School in Kohima.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]An update from the school informed that the competition was conducted with the school’s headmistress, Khriezolenuo Sekhose, as the guest of honour on the theme "Quest for excellence."
The award carries a citation certificate of Johnian Spelling Master and scholarship for the year 2024. Report added that the intellectual pursuit was held under the aegis of the English department and was witnessed by parents, invitees, students and teachers.
