Updates on Saturday informed that an outlet of Bharat Petroleum was inaugurated on the morning of April 13 by Tovishe Achumi, pastor of Thahekhu Village Baptist Church in Dimapur. Village council members, church leaders and well-wishers besides officials from Bharat Petroleum attended the function that was conducted to mark the inauguration, the updates stated. Speaking during the occasion was former legislator Y Hewoto Awomi. He congratulated the proprietor ‘for being able to establish fuel station in the vicinity of Thahekhu village,’ the updates stated. He was stated to have called it ‘a step forward for the village in terms of development and economic advancement.’ Stating that faith and determination in hard work always bring success, the former legislator congratulated the proprietor for ‘being able to establish a facility that is expected to provide quality and efficient service to customers.’ Also, the proprietor of the establishment Albert Y Sumi attributed his success to God for his blessings; family members for supporting him; and the BPCL for having faith in him and ‘approving his proposal and granting a licence,’ the updates informed.
