Dimapur, May 11 (EMN): The ongoing 66 KV power transmission live from Ganeshnagar- Jalukie- Peren and 5 MVA 33/11 KV sub-station Jalukie and Peren are expected to complete between May 31 and June 15 respectively.
This was stated by the Additional Chief Engineer (Power) at the monthly meeting of Peren District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) on May 6 at DPDB conference hall, Peren, under the chairmanship of Advisor of Finance and DAN chairman, TR Zeliang.
With regard to the society registration, the Board decided to forward Peren District Rifle Association consisting of Peren Circle Rifle Club and Tening Circle Rifle Club for registration.The Board also welcomed the newly posted members including Horticulture Officer Talimongba; CMO Dr. Danis Hangsing; DEO Atomi; SDEO Mary; ASS NST Jenito; and BDO Jalukie Kiengau Nda.
Department of Youth Resources & Sports, Peren College and NERLP, Peren, highlighted their departmental activities through power point presentation.
The department of Labour Employment, Excise and NST has been requested to present power point presentation in the next meeting.
