Peren inter-ward football tourney held

Dimapur, Oct. 22 (EMN): The 13th inter-ward football tournament for men and women successfully concluded on Saturday with Asambe SDO (PWD), Peren as the guest of honour. In men’s category, Ndining ward claimed the champion’s trophy while Bana ward was the runners-up. Nsetning ward claimed the champion’s trophy in women’s category with Duiring ward as the runners-up. In individual category, the best player was awarded to Lungneuying (male) and Rangzaibeule (female). The highest score was awarded to Kenumdi and Kesonye with Puingausing bagging the best keeper in male category and Ichiraile for women category.
