PDBA elects new team

Kohima, Dec. 1 (EMN): The Phek District Bar Association (PDBA) held its emergency general body meeting at LCS conference hall on November 30 to discuss matter relating to strengthening of the association.
An update from the association stated that a new team of office bearers for the tenure 2020-2023 was elected during the meeting. According to the association, the new team would be led by Povotso Lohe as president, Vekhotso Swuro as vice president, Mamang Singson as general secretary, Vethothi Vero as secretary, Mhechiete-u Kenye as joint secretary, Nulhuvolu Rhakho as finance cum treasurer, Khemvu Mekru (Dimapur) and Wekhrope (Kohima) as representatives of PDBA, and Ashu Theyo and Pfukrulhi Khupfu as advisory board members.
