The Patkai Road construction concert held on October 7 concluded with an amazing support from students and well-wishers with a massive crowd that filled the Bundrock Chapel from Patkai Christain College.
The performers included Alobo Naga and the Band, The Gluttones, Pocket Toons, Slice of heaven , and Search and Found, Virie and Zaza, Tekhengulo and Nuvesalu.

ject is said to be jointly initiated by the Fingerprint organization, Alumni Association Patkai Christian College (AAPCC), Students’ Union PatkaiChristian College (SUPCC) and Post Graduate Students’ Welfare Committee (PGSWC). This was stated in a press release issued by the organisers.
The press note mentioned that the Patkai Christian College which is a premier institute in the state has one major aspect –Roads. The college deserves good road connectivity hence the College community felt the need for constructing and repairing the campus road.
Fingerprint, Spearheaded by Hongba Phom (former President, SUPCC) approached the College community for this project. After a joint meeting with the alumni executives and Student body executives in the month of June, a Road Project Committee was formed to manage and oversee the Project. The Road Project committee consists of representatives from the Alumni community, Student body executives and the College representatives.
The Committee plans to construct 1.4 km out of the total 7km stretch of campus road. The road construction will start from the college main gate till the new campus boys’ Hostel through the Auditorium (Bundrock Chapel Hall), Girls’ Hostel, Administrative Block and Library – A total stretch of 1.4 kms at an estimated cost of 80 Lakhs with help from the Alumni Community.
