Dimapur, Aug. 13 (EMN): Following the news reports published in local dailies with regard to posting of officers in Shamator and Chessore, the commissioner-secretary of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (P&AR), Abhishek Singh on Monday issued a clarification.
The commissioner-secretary stated that T Lankosen Tsanglao was given charge of Addl. Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Shamator and H Berimong was given the charge of SDO (Civil) Chessore vide P&AR Order PAR-4/24/2019 (CSB) Pt-ll Dated 8th June 2018.
However, he informed that due to certain unforeseen circumstances both the officers could not joint their place of posting for some time. Subsequently, T Lankosen Tsanglao was directed to report to Shamator immediately and he assumed the charge of ADC Shamator on Aug. 10, the commissioner-secretary clarified.
Stating that Tsanglao is amongst the senior-most SDO (civil) who is under the zone of consideration for promotion as ADC and promotion order which is likely to issue very soon, Singh stated that as per the standard practice he has been given the charge of ADC Shamator.
Also, while clarifying on the posting of SDO (civil) Chessore, commissioner-secretary said due to the inability of the officer posted earlier to join, Samuel SDO (civil) Tuli has been posted as SDO (civil) Chessore vide P&AR Order No. PAR-4/1/2009-Ptl Dt. 11/8/2018.
While expressing regrets for the delay of officers joining their respective locations, commissioner-secretary announced that it has been confirmed that ADC Shamator has taken over charge. He also requested the people of Shamator to extend all possible support and cooperation to the administrative officers and work together towards the development of Shamator.
